Comprehensive assessment (2.5 hours)

Service Description

Includes taking a full case history, informal and/or formal assessments within the young person’s current settings, and a detailed written report with recommendations for ongoing management. Can be split across home and school settings for a holistic view of the child. You will be provided with a detailed report following EHCP standards and format including suggestions for input required and number of hours included in the report. May be used for EHCP appeal or application, or as supporting evidence. Includes liaison with other relevant professionals as part of the information gathering process. The report will be circulated within one month of the visit. The assessment appointment be a one-off with strategies and advice for families and education settings or can be followed up with further therapy sessions if required.
